TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your Agreement with Our Application Services
⚠ IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our application. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using OLO Prime ("the Application"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are using the Application on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Note: These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OLO Prime. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
2. USER ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION
To access certain features of the Application, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
Account Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
Certain features of the Application may require payment of fees. By subscribing to paid services, you agree to our payment terms as detailed below.
Billing Cycle
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly/annually) unless canceled before renewal date.
To cancel: Go to Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel
Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Razorpay, our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
Currency: All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR)
Refund Policy:
Refunds are provided only in accordance with our refund policy. No refunds for partially used subscription periods unless required by applicable law. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of transaction.
4. USER CONTENT AND CONDUCT
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Application ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content.
Prohibited Activities:
• Illegal or harmful content
• Copyright infringement
• Harassment or bullying
• Spam or unauthorized advertising
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OLO Prime and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Application without our express written permission.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OLO Prime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the Application.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
7. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Application immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Grounds for Termination
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent activity
- Requests by law enforcement
Upon Termination
- Right to use Application ceases
- Account credentials deactivated
- Content may be deleted
8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Informal Negotiation
Mediation
Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation, then mediation, and finally binding arbitration in Mumbai, India.
9. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
