Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5 Auto-Renewal & Subscriptions

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
• You can turn off auto-renewal anytime from your account settings.
• No refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law.

6 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, follow these steps:

1. Ensure your card/bank details are correct and funds are available.
2. Retry within 24 hours to avoid service interruption.
3. Contact your bank if issues persist.
